NBCUniversal Local is teaming up with hundreds of shelters across the country to host Clear The Shelters in August 2025, a nationwide pet adoption and donation campaign that helps find loving homes for animals in need. The campaign will include the Clear the Shelters Fund, which allows people to donate directly to a registered shelter of their choice. Registered shelter partners will also receive weekly prize funds from Hill's Pet Nutrition.
