You can become a member of the Humane Society of Wilkes in one of the following ways.

You are also invited to make an additional tax-deductible donation with your application.

  1. Mail in: Download and print out the mail-in membership form, fill out the form, and mail it with a check or money order to:

  1. Online Membership Form (below): After filling out the online form below, you will be taken to PayPal automatically to submit the membership dues using PayPal or a credit card upon completion. The credit card submission is handled through a secure server on PayPal. However, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use the credit card method. (Select "Check out as a guest" to use your credit card without creating a PayPal account. An email address is needed for your receipt.)  In the notes on PayPal, please put Membership.
