"NBCUniversal Local is teaming up with hundreds of shelters across the country to host Clear The Shelters in August 2024, a nationwide pet adoption and donation campaign that helps find loving homes for animals in need. The campaign will take place from August 10–September 10 and will include the Clear the Shelters Fund, which allows people to donate directly to a registered shelter of their choice. Registered shelter partners will also receive weekly prize funds from Hill's Pet Nutrition."
